Love goes beyond just the word. Love is patient, love is never jealous , love is kind,
love does not boost, love is not rude, love is not selfish, love cherishes all things and
love gives all things that there is to give.
Loving one another is a dynamic and transformative way, of relating to one other
which should foster positive connection. Our love should promote an individual’s well being, create compassion and harmony, and should be able to bring unity.
We should love one another, because the one who called us loves us unconditionally
Our God is love and because of that he demonstrated His love to us by giving us His only son
to come and die for our sins and bridge the gap between us and our heavenly father
God’s love fosters unity, His love gives us peace, His love
His love bears witness to the world, His love facilitate forgiveness and His love motivates.
We should let God’s love transform our lives, affect our family, friends and communities.
God’s love is characterized by compassion, forgiveness and willingness to lay down our lives
for one another.
Jesus knew love will be the transformational force that is capable of healing our wounds and so
he lay down his life for us, so that we can be saved.
