Prayer is speaking and listening to God, the Father. And it means by establishing a personal connection with the creator.

Prayer is the way to communicate to seek guidance and express your gratitude to the one who made you.

So, we are going to use this media to talk to the one who created us.

When we pray, it brings source of comfort to us as believers. In times of stress prayer provides relief by alleviating anxiety and providing a feeling of security knowing that God is listening and someone who cares is about to do your business for you.

Secondly, prayer gives us guidance and clarity.

Many people turn to prayer when faced with issues. Prayer helps out to seek guidance and the clarity to know God’s will and allows us as individuals to reflect on the choices that we have to make in life. And it brings value to our belief.

Prayer is a healing; it has health benefits.

Some of us depend on pain medication, whenever we are having a headache, but I want to tell you that prayer is a healing and a benefit to the believer. Prayer can have positive effects on mental and the physical health. If you are very prayerful, it brings healing to you.

Prayer also lowers blood pressure and promotes the overall well-being of the heart.

Prayer can lead to a sense of inner, peace and emotional healing,

Now, when we pray, It helps the community!

Now you ask, how can my prayer affect my community?

PRAY FOR THE NATIONS

God has planted us places of strategic of spiritual authority. For if one believer who stays on the corner of the street lifts up his voice and invokes the presence of God, God answers.

God is going to answer our prayers. God is going to use our prayers to affect nations.

Group prayer such as those in religious congregations foster a sense of community.

When we pray intentions and manifestations must happen.
Be motivated to pray for the nations

Prayer brings gratitude and humility to the believer. When you come before the Lord. And remember that Lord, I don’t even deserve your mercy. I don’t deserve your grace but because of who you are meet you, I have received the ability to see me too. I have received your grace me too. I am able to do what I’m doing today and that attitude who calls you to walk in humility. For none of us whoever receives the best from God until we learn to walk in gratitude and humility as we go before the Lord in prayer tonight.
